Farewell

Good morning Trainzers!

The time has come for me to bid adieu to Trainz and N3V. As of 5pm today, I will cease to exist (well, on the forums and help desk at least). I may not have been on the forums since as long as I started here but hope that I have been of some assistance to some of you. The staff here at N3V Games value our customers and the forums and help desk (even our Facebook page!) are our way of providing a service to our customers to not only help them resolve any issues they face but to hopefully answer any concerns or queries and to let them have a place to let their voices be heard. While I may no longer be around to continue operating in my capacity on the help desk or the forums, rest assured Zec is still around and so is the rest of the team. One last suggestion I may make is that if you do have any issues relating to the game or your account, that you check the Knowledgebase before submitting a ticket, as we are in the process of upgrading it and fixing it. It is not complete yet but should look a bit more aesthetically pleasing than it once was, as well as having more up to date information.

Stay happy and keep enjoying Trainz!

Your friendly forum Admin and handy help desk operator,

Kris

John,

I am glad that you believe I did a great job. We make it our effort to try and solve all issues as fast and as efficiently as we can. We may not always get to do so but we do try. Thanks for the words of encouragement and I may very well pop in now and again.

Thanks again everyone.

Kris

Ta for being there when needed and I wish you well wherever you end up. Dealing successfully with people's issues and concerns is a useful skill to have.

I join the others in regretting your leaving, I just hope its for an even better position. I don't think we had cause to interact one-on-one, but your posts always gave a very good impression, something of the old Auran spirit there. Best of luck in whatever comes next.

I hope this wasn't the "Something Special" mentioned in the last Newsletter!

Seriously though Kris, you have been a great help to us Trainz fanatics, good luck in whatever it is you are moving on to, you will be missed.

Cheers mate.

Thankfully, I believe the "Something Special" mentioned is something really fantastic. I do not actually know what it's about as I have nothing to do with the newsletter but can only guess it is something great.

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone, it means a lot and I am glad that I was able to help and bring a little bit of positivity back, if only a little.

Kris

May the road rise up to meet you, and may the toilet paper roll always be full!

Thanks for your contributions to the forum, and best of luck for your future!

 Hi Kris

Thanks for any help you have done, hope you will be back even just to sneek in to say Hello.
Hope the next job you do you enjoy :D

Best wish's to you and the family

Thanks heaps guys and Ed, I too, hope the toilet roll stays full. I'll be in a dire predicament if it runs out and there are no more rolls left!
