Fan Problem

Before anyone jumps on me. For some reason, I cannot post in the Jointed Rail section of the forum so I'm posting this here. I downloaded the Alco RS27 from Jointed Rail and the cooling fan floats in the air over the locomotive. I'm running TANE in Windows 10. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think you are seeing it all wrong.

You think it is a train with bugged fan, but in reality it is an odd shaped helicopter from Joined Rail's secret "airport" project .
