F7 Hotrod

Does anyone know how to get the F7 Hotrod? when i had the original trainz an add came up for it but i diddn't know how to download at that time and now i can't find it.

Is it on a private website?

It is on the download station, bu you have to have a FCT (First Class Ticket) to get to it.
