F59PHI?

I've been reading a few threads on the F59PHI locomotives - Isaac was developing one but I can't find where it was released. Here are two of the threads I was reading:

Hello, I can say it hasn't been released as of yet. And if I'm up to date with what he is doing with the mesh,I think Dylanviey has taken over,and is making it better then ever

The thread on Dylanviey's mesh is gone but last I read it it is on hold until Issac comes back to provide assistance.

I just read a thread saying that the F59PHI that Isaac was making was messsed up and that it would be easier to start from the begining than to try to fix it, :'''( but I also remember that someone was bringing the F59PHI from MSTS in to Trainz - does anyone know if that project is still being worked on?
