Does a section of track a few meters long, with a single locomotive, and nothing else, belong on the DLS. No signals, no turnouts, no scenery - nothing. Is this a joke ?:'(
I agree with you both, but I've read elsewhere on the forums that the iPad and Mobile phone apps are saving direct to the DLS as a form of cloud storage (maybe someone could confirm this). If that is the case, perhaps N3V could provide a separate storage area for the non-computer saves, or at least provide a separate build number so that the rest of us could know in advance.
Anyone doing so, would just be Spaming the DLS with nonsense content uploads. ie:"poo" actually is on the DLS
It would be just as as uploading a blank gray baseboard, with one blade of grass on it ... and I am sure someone already has done this, that you speak of ? ? ?
I downloaded and opened the route and now almost all of my rules are missing. Just maybe some of these things are done by the few deranged people that float around the fringes of society. I have another copy of Trainz with a lower build number. Guess I will make a copy and run the copy up to the latest build. I do not see any other way to restore rules.

You might want to check by Date of Install to see just what was packaged with that route, as the DLS does allow for multiple KUIDs to be uploaded in one CDP, since you already took the chance and installed it.
Trainz on my Kindle does not upload to the DLS as storage. Can't say on the others but I doubt it. The big problem is that it is very easy to upload from the mobile version. Just a button push.
