Extended Error & downloads failing

Hi, I just bought Trains 12 during the sale, $25 not bad. But every time I try to download via Chrome, it eventually fails/interrupts. I've then tried using the Free Download manager, to no success, when I copy the download link it attempts to download then quickly arrives at an 'Extended Error' message. Any idea what's going on? Can't wait to try it.

Try with another browser. If that fails, contact Auran support and expect to have to wait around a month (if you're lucky).
 
If:
1. your computer passed all N3V\TS12bin\TrainzDiag.exe tests
2. registered your TS12 at auran.com
3. made sure that your username and password are included in the CM3.6/File-Settings-Internet boxes
then you should be able to download via CM3.6.
