Exceeded my 100MB limit over a week ago, still can't download...

Hi,

As the title says, I exceeded my 100MB daily download limit about a week and a half ago trying to download all the dependencies for Ashburton - Windrush. However, CMP still says I've exceeded 'today's limit'. Is there any way to get it to let me download? I'm not a FCT holder as I don't usually download that much stuff- this is the first time I've hit the limit.

You may need to get Helpdesk to reset your limit. Try a quick database repair though first.

Hi Alex,

Try logging out and logging back into the DLS and make sure your download queue is empty.

Do you switch your PC off at the end of the day or put it on standby? When I exceed my 100MB quota for a day (happened only twice) and then left CM on and 'shut the lid' of my laptop then just opened it again in the morning, CM hasn't reset and so it won't let me download anything unless I exit CM and restart it...

Could be something to do with it, not sure though. Hope it's a quick fix

Cheers guys, I'll start with the database repair and see what happens.

Jack, it's a good thought but I turn it off as TS12's on a desktop pc in my room that's not my 'main' computer. Cheers tho!
