I've diligently been replacing a lot of other houses with your great houses, but now the nightmode additions bring up the question: If I use a house of yours (say KUID 12345:6789) and I update to the nightmode (KUID2 12345:6789:1) houses,

A) does it update within the route to the new houses automatically when I upgrade the house?
b) can I delete the old obsolete ones?

As far as I understand:

A) yes
B) yes

Just try it and see. You could place one in a route, download the updated version and then recheck the route. I believe that you'll see that the house has been replaced by the updated version.
