Escanaba and Lake Superior Locomotives

So I was on Trainz Commuter Rail getting the Strasburg Railroad route on there and I noticed a page on ELS F7 600. Does anyone know where I can get locomotive and is there anywhere else where I can get some locomotives of the ELS?
