ERROR "The code execution cannot proceed because libcrypto.dll was not found."

I installed TRAINZ A NEW ERA on a very slow laptop, so I went and brought a new laptop. I cut the program file from the old computer and paste it in the new computer after some time had it up and running was going very well. A day later I dragged the icon to create a short cut to my desk top and then that was the end of playing the game this is the message that I get when I double click the icon.
