Error: Not authorised to commit changes to asset <kuid2:37581:1087:1>

I have recently installed some new stuff and upon committing all that was open for edit I get this error "Error: Not authorised to commit changes to asset <kuid2:37581:1087:1>" from "Leslie S3L [Fouled],<kuid2:37581:1087:1>". This wasn't a dep of anything I installed today, however it is a dep of two payware JR loco's...SD80mac and SD70m. I cannot commit or revert this dep so I am wondering what to do??

Delete and download it again. There is nothing in this asset that would prevent it from being committed. If it still creates a problem check for any other versions of this asset, and delete them.

Try reverting the asset.
