Error message CMP

I have been away from Trainz for about a year and a bit. With TS2009 coming to us shortly I decided I better get back to Trainz to relearn what I have forgotten. And CDP up some of my routes for importing into RS2009. However when I trey to boot CMP I get these error messages , below.
Can anybody suggest a solution.
Hope the image shows. I have forgotten so much. grrr!!

Try deleting the assets.tdx and cache folder and see if you can re-start CMP.

Also run your trainzDiag and see if that lists any obvious errors.

Thanks Alan .I have done those three. I tested CMP three weeks ago .It was ok then.
