In regards to the dreaded message:

"This asset is built for a newer version of Trainz. It is not compatible with your current Trainz version"

If this message appears 14 times in row in the error log - does that mean that there are 14 incidents of that asset on the map?

Thanks in advance!! :D

I wouldn't have the faintest idea Bill, but I would think that. If you want you can make the asset compatible to your version of Trainz by opening up the asset's config file and changing the version number to something less than or equal to your version.

There's a caveat though. If there's no reason why the asset was versioned to the higher level other than the user making it through CPP, or putting in a different version number, this can be done. If there are script issues, well this maybe a problem because the script may refer to different scripts that are not available to older version.

Thanks John!

Any one else have any idea on how this error is counted?

Thank you in advance!
