Engines Wishlist for Jointed Rail.

I wonder where this little guy went...

I believe we should go back to pre 1970 paint schemes. Assuming that will never happen, the H-1 works for me. The H-3 is horrid.

I prefer H3 because it looks.... modern. But the pre-BN paint schemes are a close second.

That is why I don't like it, too modern. To me railroad schemes seem to look better when done with class and sophistication. H-3 affects me the same way the SP speed lettering does, it just doesn't work. It would look good on a 747, but not on a locomotive.

But, I enjoy SP speed lettering, now, since there is no more SP. :'(

What about a GO Transit MP36/MP40 (I don't remember)? All other projects to build them have given up/been dormant for 2+ years...

JointedRail hear me out on this one.

I swear if I see one more request for the AC44's....

I feel the same way about the requests for some rusted out, 40-year-old piece of junk that should be torched. The point being, we all have our own areas of interest.

However, hounding the team doesn't do anyone any good. JR is likely extremely busy, and they'll release the AC4400s when they see fit.

Dude, really? I mean really? 40 year old? Do the math doofus! They weren't built in 1975!

DUH!

If you would have bothered to read my previous posts in this thread, you would know that I'm eagerly awaiting the AC4400s. The post in which you quoted (regarding the "40-year-old junkers") was in reference to the numerous requests for GP40s, SD40s, and other "aged" units, some of which are available from other vendors. Put simply, I was voicing my support for the AC44s.

Is this simple enough for you to comprehend, or shall I reduce it even further?
