Be honest I already put a C44-9WL(BC Rail) on there (but hey, the more times an engine is put up by different members, it would mean it's popular towards everyone) Great thought.

JR just gave Ex- Conrail Unit Dash 8W's to CSX. But not NS?

(Forgive me but I feel that the placement of ditchlights is a pretty prominent feature to the Ex- Conrail Dash 8's in general)

I've seen a few of those NS C40-8Ws. I'm sure they're on the list somewhere, never know what JR has planned. I'm hoping that RSD15 gets released sometime.....someone posted a pic of it a while back in the JR Screenshots/renders thread

Yes, yes, yes, Pdkoester!
We have to have AC44CW's for our rosters.
Almost every Class 1 railroad in North America (except Canadian National and Norfolk Southern) is using or has used the AC44CW.
UP, SP, CSX, Ferromex, BNSF, KCS and, of course, CP (YAY!) have taken advantage of the 44's awesome power and reliability.
Thank you listening, eh!

What in the name of Meow is that?!?!

From the photo comment section on railpictures.net where Chadd04 grabbed the photo:

It's a PL15B:4RS is a remanufactured yard/road switcher built from an EMD GP9 core. It has DDC-MTU 12-cylinder Model 12V4000 engine from Detroit Diesel rated up to 2,025 BHP provides over 100,000 pounds of starting tractive effort and is EPA and CARB (California Air Resources Board) certified for Tier 2 switcher duty service.
