I think you are. EE will be out when a) trees and track work properly and b) when content has been built for it. I wouldn't hold your breath if I were you.

Of course there's going to be a EE addition. AURAN management put there ar_e on the line a while ago when they said there would be an EE edition.
Hopefully Auran is using the "common sense" approach which should be/probably is; Holy heavens, we had better not launch a new addition to Trainz until we get the last launch/addition properly sorted out/properly patched first.............................

If you go over to the TrainzDev's site you will see that they are working their a_se's off to get that sorted out.
They have recently called for: - "hey, have you got any high quality new routes that are up to scratch, that we can help you bring up to 09 standards", and also where looking for "new beta testers" (a little while ago)...

All that's needed now is for the sales of TRS2009 WBE (& other Auran products) to continue rolling in globally so Auran has the financial resources to continue to employ the dedicated programmers that will be needed/currently working on developing 09 EE. (like any company, without good continual cash flow coming in, they would soon go broke)!!!
The way I see thing's; "it's not going to happen over night, but it will happen"...
As the age old saying goes; "all good things come to those that wait" so please be patient.........
