Encountering a problem downloading a route. Says I require a serial number?

First I tried to download the 2025 Version of the UMR from the Download Station in game and nothing would happen. I then went to the online one and wasn't able to download it. It says in orange text "TRS22 Serial Number Required". It didn't say that for any of the other versions of the route.

I searched around to try and find how to get my serial number for Trainz 22, but I couldn't get any information. (With some posts saying they don't even exist?)

Any help from those more knowledgeable than me would be appreciated.

No serial numbers for all the newer releases are required.
UMR 2025 is for the latest Plus version, it may show incompatable.

The UMR2025 route is build 5.5, so it will work with TRS22 SP4 and above and does NOT require Trainz Plus
Definitely don't need a serial number to download it as it can be downloaded through Content Manager. The online web DLS downloads through FTP which is unsupported by many browsers due to security.
If you are having difficulty getting the download to start, right click and use "Download this version"
