I'm not sure, but i think i had a similar problem before. Have you just installed the game, or changed any hardware in your PC?
Because my problem was out of date hardware...
or it could just simply be a faulty signal... Have a look in content manager to see if it has a faulty symbol next to it
NOTE: we could probably do with more info next time
