electric lines and power readings

hey a part of my route runs entirely on overhead power cables (using the UK double pylons mostly on trs 06) however my electric trains dont read any power coming in, really this is all cosmetics but how do i get the power readings on the trains to show there is power on the line?

Unfortunately you can't. Trainz is not set up to run in this way.

really? seams odd that the trains has the read-outs for power but not the capability, is there not some kind of add in that i could use?

What functions are provided on the Cab displays is a function of design of the interior kuid. Most electric locos have a working ampmeter in Cab mode.

aye thats what I mean, accept that they all just read zero itd be nice if they read somthing!

Are you driving in Cab Mode or DCC? 99% of the amp meter's do work in the cab's using Cab mode.

ah maybe thats it, i use the dcc as im largely just testing my route!
