That's the copy and paste method Gordon suggested to me under the wrech tool bar section.
It's looking better Kris, however some textures are to square and some textures seem to big. In the last one, the darker green/brown in the foreground seems too big. Just my thoughts, please don't bite my head off
Jamie
And how the hell is me posting textures that you claim to be messy unhelpful??!! It's not stopping them from giving me any feedback...
...And if it's that bad, then let me see how much better you can do.
I agree whole heartedly, what's the point of asking for advice, when in every post no matter what the topic some sorry excuse will be given, and none of the advice or tip's, will be listened to or used.endless post's of some "new" route or project that will become vaporware! it's not the community's fault your PC is a turd. and honestly i for one am tired of hearing your endless whining and bungling incompetence . your lack of tact or maturity are really becoming annoying.
Well the textures themselves aren’t messy; they are very good ones. It’s the errors you are making in applying them that is making them look so wrong.~snip~ Plus it's not my fault all the damn textures are so freakin messy.
I have done a lot of work on Route building and, even though I see myself as a relatively modest person, I do think I can do better. So I’ll give it one last go. Here are just two Forum links where I’ve contributed some ideas which others say they’ve found helpful.~snip~ if it's that bad, then let me see how much better you can do.

I have listened to the tips. It's not my fault that you're offended by my frustration which I have the right to be. So you know what I'm sorry but I'm just about ready to explode and it's posts like that annoy me and question peoples tolerance of understanding of frustration that people have. As well as maturity.
Kris,
You need to calm down and accept criticism. I, and many others, have sat down and compiled details in this thread, posted specifically for you, in order to help. We could have easily spent time on other things, so you need to show some maturity and respect for what others have tried to do for you. Otherwise they will simply no longer bother.
Truly helpful people will be honest in their criticism. It is not meant to be destructive or antagonistic.
I have to tell you that I have been critical of more than one creators work (with and without being asked!:hehe, but they have been big enough to accept comments and proposed solutions. Some have even revised some of their work on assets prior to upload having taken note of what, IMHO, needed revision.
Quite why you have reacted is hard to understand. I can only assume it is because you have not properly read what people have written, and/or have misinterpreted what has been said.

Now don’t get mad. Just learn to accept that this kind of criticism is not a personal attack, it’s simply being honest.

I think these are relevant to what you are trying to do. Hopefully you might find them useful.

Remember, these are real people out here who genuinely want to see you improve your techniques. It will be very rewarding if you can apply some of the ideas and demonstrate that you are moving forwards. Many of us will then feel that the help being offered has been worthwhile.
