I've been looking for an Eastern White Pine tree. Would anyone know where to find one?

There is one built-in in TS12, so maybe also on the DLS, but you might not be able to see it due to the build version:

Since the latest Trainz version showing next to your username is Trainz Classics, I assume you're looking for billboard trees? If so, then David Drake (dmdrake) made some eastern white pine trees, listed below, which should be available on the DLS:

• E WH PINE 40m, <kuid2:33404:122018:3>
• E WH PINE 50m, <kuid2:33404:122019:3>
