@ FR - love it! I wish there was more up-to-date models in grey and yellow!

Just making the most of what we've got available to us. The GP30 for instance is a dated model, but still looks quite good - thanks for assist with directing hoborailcat to this as well.

Maybe the release of your masterpiece may encourage some more grey & yellow content?? Wait and see I guess.

I downloaded this L&N engine and it's perfect! Nicely weathered for a coal run on EK3. However, I personally don't like the "whine" of the older geep engines on the DLS. I usually swap the sound kiuds out. My favorite is one from an old Reading Alco <kuid:-1:42003001>

Try this one out instead of the one that comes with it. Nice deep, "throaty" roar - almost like a Harley, but not really. Sort of.

Finally I am getting some time to download cdp's for EK3! I'm really looking forward to firing up this route, and looking forward to more with Clovis. I hope you're getting some time off in between projects there Andy.

But keep up the great work and congrats again on a job well done!

Its worth it....Thats for sure......:Y:

With todays work already being started....2 CSX MP units are hard at er loading the coal cars up for the 3 GP38-2's that will take the loads from the mine to the mill

Nice shots but have decided to delete the route, one I had been waiting for for a long time.
If it is at all related to performance issues, check Dermmy's recommendations. You can chop the draw distance in half, and due to the mountainous terrain, you will still see no pop-up scenery.

Allot of reasons including the choppiness even with E8400 Dual @ 2000m, 4GB DDR3, 1GB Nvidia DDR3 Card.

My first EK3 Screenshot

Hi all,

After a VERY hectic weekend I committed tonight to get the cdps completed and all missing dependencies taken care of. I'm proud to say with alot of help from the threads and Dermmy's well-documented pages, I'm at 0 missing dependencies. Here's my first screenshot of your route Dermmy. It's an amazing piece of work you've accomplished! My hat's off to you.
