Old diesels

I wish some of the highend payware creators would do some early diesels,Alcos and such, just like Getan Belanger\Zosa does for MTS.
Trainz is fast becoming a platform, that allows the construction of life like content, more so now then in the past.
Just imagine, the variations of all the fallen flags that are possible. ;)

Cheers

Yes, yes, and you know what? More yes.
Imagine running some top-of-the-line payware L&N 630's on this beast.

This is an East Kentucky Screenshots thread, with endless possibilities to showcase this magnificent route across multiple eras. Banging on about and sidetracking the thread towards potential Payware locomotive creation wouldn't exactly be fair to Andy now, would it...

I see a lot of payware in this tread,I am not so sure what you are trying to say, however you are right one should not sidetrack to much.

Back on-topic, action at Dent West during the EC session. NS pause on the west lead while running around their empties to allow 72 CSX loads to cross from the yard to the Westbound Main...

Great shots everyone! Stan that is sweet indeed!

I love this thread, I'm seeing all these angles I've never looked from. It's like seeing something brand new every time. Keep 'em coming!

Thanks, Andy

Hi Mac

the bridge is Kuid:46819:38129 on the DLS here.

The alpha thing is a 'feature' of TS2010 Compatibility Mode. The telegraph lines used (and the barbed wire fences) are the best I could find till somebody comes up with some true 3D modelled ones that don't run a million polys a meter :)

turning on aa in the trainz settings should fix it.

Apologies if I posted a bad shot Andy. I kind of liked the idea of "cresting the grade"...maybe it it is too much of a close up. Let me know if you want the screen pulled, and I'll be happy to sub it with another.

Good grief no, and I was not unhappy with the shot, or with any others of yours! I released the route 'with all faults if any' and that's an error. Tricky one to fix, because the grade thru there is steep and industry tracks are stuck at horizontal. I extensively re-worked that area just prior to release to fix a ridiculously sharp curve a tester commented on and the area possibly never got looked at by testers afterwards. If I'd seen that before release I would have fixed it, but now it will have to wait for EK4...

I know it wasn't your intention, but don't ever hesitate to post a screenie of a goof, they will never get fixed otherwise!

Andy :)

Is there a place I can make a small donation to you?
May I instead offer a small gift of my Payware to you?

This route is the best ever made IMHO and makes me not even want to try to make a new route as never compare to that of yours. Only wish is that it had more TS2010 "Opportunities" in it.
