Today I tried to order T2010 EE via digital download - the same way I did with T2009WBE. After filling all necessary datas I ontained message
"Your card was not... from unknown reason... bla bla..."
I spent with this trial/error system at least 2 hours (I tried it at least 10 times)
What a stupid system are you using - this card IS VALID, I pay with it day by day - btw I paid with it for WBE. If this is your customer care, don't be surprised if people are trying "privat digital download".
It is nice you announce that there will be some minor problems because of holidays - spent i well without my money.
