I dont know if this is the right place for my querie. I bought Rail Cargo Simulator and havent been able to find out how to download it it was bought on the 29th oct 2010and cant contact auran tried email etc Thank you if I can hget some information on this

This is not an Auran product, though it seems they have sold through their shop.

You should presumably have had a confirmation email and a download link (maybe in your Planet Auran profile?), but the following post is the best advice! (Ah the joys of hindsight....)

If you paid using a credit card, do a 'chargeback' stating non delivery unable to contact.
