downloads why no help

ID 102016 build 2.4-2365 TRS2004This is my one and only joy and there is still a lot of material out there I have a First Class Ticket yet when I want a particular item all I get from Download helper is Idle so I go on the alternative and get a download straight away so why will the DLS accept my requests. greatfull thanks for any assistance, must advise my DLS is handled by Google is that a possible reason.

There has been many threads posted: On how to apply the "fixes" to gain DLS downloading, as well as Properties-"Run As Administrator", and Antivirus-Allowable Exception Rules.
