Today I purchased a download pack -VR Type 1 DD Class Pack Setup - which duly downloaded, installed itself into Content Manager (or so it seemed) and added itself into the assets in Surveyor (or so it seemed. Trouble is all the names and thumbnails are in red and when selected they produce nothing. I have succesfully downloaded addons previously but this one has me beaten.
I am running Windows 7 64 bit with 8 G of RAM.
I'm not usually a defeatist but right now I'm beaten like never before.
I'll be most grateful for help. Thanks in advance.

Open content Manager and search for 'VR DD Class'. check than any have have a red exclamation mark (!) or a question mark in a jigsaw piece. If there are any, right click on the perpitrators and look through the little menu for 'View Dependencies' and 'View Errors and Warnings'
It'll most likely be a missing dependencies problem, so click on that first. If there are any dependencies in that little list that have a little symbol that have the letters DS or DLS, click 'View in Main list' on the bottom part of that little pop-up and highlight them and download them

My guess is that you are missing dependencies. Another, less likely option, is that you have errors. Open content manager, if there is a yellow puzzle piece next to your DD in the list, you are missing a dependency and can find out which by right clicking the asset and clicking 'view dependencies'...

Hi Noojee31
The DD class pack will require a few dependencies from the Download Station. This was done to as most of these are common items used in other packs/items.

To download them, first go into Content Manager, and then locate the DD class items (entering 'VR DD class' into the search panel should turn them all up). Any items with a yellow 'puzzle' icon will be the items that have missing dependencies. To download the dependencies, right click on the item, then click on 'download'. Repeat for the other items. This will add them, and the dependencies, to the Download Helper panel. When you are ready to download, click on start. Items that are already installed will not be downloaded again, unless an update is available.
