downloads in Mbps, for real?

This is what I sometimes get in Content Manager when downloading:

I'm not sure, but I know that when I had a First Class Ticket, there was one occasion when the download speed was over 1,000 Mbps! I don't even know if anyone's internet is that fast! All the downloads I had (including a 33 MB route) were downloaded within a second. But it only lasted one time. Next time I opened CMP and tried downloading on the DLS, it was back to normal 600 kbps download speed.

I have a FCT and a 3mbit line. I regularly get 3mbits download speeds. I rarely have any issues with CM2. Sometimes it won't log me in because the server is down, I suppose.
