Downloads From The CM Download Station

hey guys does anyone know how we get the downloads from the ds to be applyed to the 2010 simulator cause i dont know i downloaded an engine and i cant find it in the game can anyone help ??? :'(

In Surveyor: Menu/options/surveyor options/show favorites (uncheck)

Also, find what you downloaded in CM and make sure it doesn't have errors or missing dependencies.
