Downloader

I'm not new to Trainz. Why is the Dowloader not working well? I've had a couple first class tickets that I have hardly been able to use because the downloader is down or slow or whatever. I discussed the issue with Auran, and they have not replied since I told them my problem. I've been as nice as I can be about this, but I feel that Auran has not met their end on this thing. If they have problems, and we all know that they do, why don't they face up to the problem instead of playing games with us. I'm not a kid, I'm a grown man and I'm 58 years old. If I ran my business the way Auran is, I'd have people banging on my door.

I had the same issue when I tried a FCT with Trainz2009. I contacted Auran and demanded the problem be fixed or my money refunded. They refunded my money.

I have just recently bought 2010 and decided to through in a FCT with it. The funny thing is, the ticket works great with the 2010 DLS. But if I load up the 2009 DLS I can't get anything over 15kbs. Weird, eh?

What version do you have?

I've got TRS2006 TRS2004 and UTC. They want us to pay for a First Class Ticket, so we can sit, twiddle our thumbs, and wait for a Downloader that doesn't work.
