Download Total has not been reset.

My TC3 Cmp has not reset my DL total for at least a week now.

Can someone help me?

Auran, if you are reading this, please reset my DL total to 100mb.

Thanks, I think I will try that. I'm pretty sure my TC3 asset database hasn't been rebuilt...

Update: It didn't work.

Hi Osq7

Please try going into CMP, and clear out the downloads list. Now go into the settings and remove your username and password, then save and exit the settings, then exit CMP. Now restart CMP, and re-enter your username and password. After you have done this, and CMP has logged in, please try downloading again.

Does it work on one asset, not a layout with lots of dependencies, using ftp from the DLS web page? download ftp.

I did yesterday. I'm rather annoyed at Auran, but they can't help it.

I need to download a lot of things, so FTP isn't practical.

Without a FCT you'll be downloading (and resetting total downloaded) for days.

Go on, bite the bullet and buy a First Class Ticket - faster downloads and no download limit....

IIRC the DLS provides about 4 kb/second without FCT - last night I was getting > 100 kb/s with the FCT.
