This angers me too, I payed a First class ticket and now days are taken away from that ticket but I can't even use the DLS. I say we should have a time refund.

This seems to happen every year during the holidays while Auran is on vacation. I'm sure that it'll all be back to normal here is a few hours when they return to work. Breath deep and relax.
