No, you don't need to pay, not if you have TS2009 or 10 as you do.
The way I do it is I click on "Download Station" at the top of this page. After finding what I want. Then I click "Download Page". Then "Download ftp" saving the CDP to the desktop.
Then I open CM2 (I have TS2009) and, under FILE (I think) upper left, I select import CDP and chose the CDP file on the desktop. After importing I drag the icon in CM2 to the "Download Helper" box, upper left, and click "Start" to get any dependencies that may be on the "Download Station".
If I can't get the dependencies from the DLS, I will try it to see if it works well enough. If not, I delete it.
I may be the only one doing it this way.
