I need help with the download station!!

Do you have to pay to download content? If you do not, how do I go about downloading what I need???

No, you don't need to pay, not if you have TS2009 or 10 as you do.
The way I do it is I click on "Download Station" at the top of this page. After finding what I want. Then I click "Download Page". Then "Download ftp" saving the CDP to the desktop.
Then I open CM2 (I have TS2009) and, under FILE (I think) upper left, I select import CDP and chose the CDP file on the desktop. After importing I drag the icon in CM2 to the "Download Helper" box, upper left, and click "Start" to get any dependencies that may be on the "Download Station".
If I can't get the dependencies from the DLS, I will try it to see if it works well enough. If not, I delete it.
I may be the only one doing it this way.

Hi, Since you have TS2009 you do not have to pay to download, however if you buy a first class ticket you will get much faster dowload speeds.

There is more than one method of downloading, the simplest way, if it works, is to open CMP and do a search for the item you want, either by name or by kuid number if you know it. When you find the item in CMP click and drag it into the download panel, wait for the size to appear alongside the item name then click the start button.

Another method is to open CMP then minimise it, go to http://www.auran.com/TRS2004/DLS.php and find the item, click on Download (helper) then maximise CMP and click on start as above.

Be aware that even with 2009 and/or 2010, without an FCT there will be very few times when you will be able to download from the Download Station at any speed! This has been discussed in these forums - frequently. EG. I've just tried, as I do every time I log on, just to test, and again no joy.
