Download Station won't down load

Hi everyone and let me say it's good to be back. I was heavily involved with Trainz 2004 and was part of the Trainz Pro Routes team at its inception. That was then and this is now. Fired up Trainz 12 and am enjoying it alot. BIG PROBLEM though. I cannot get any content to download. I did a network diagnostics test and it shows some critical errors.

Download failed error - 3
Test Planet Auran login failed
Download failed error - 3
Test https auran failed
Download failed error - 3
Test dl's search failed

Now one thing I am not and that is a computer geek. I know it's telling me something is wrong but I haven't a clue.
My login info is correct and I have registered my serial number.

Any help would certainly be appreciated.

Try to use your phone as your internet connection with wifi mode off. If everything is ok via the phone, its your internet gateway hardware firewalls that need to be examined. Otherwise, check your pc firewalls. Process of elimination is the default problem solver.
