Download Station on the Auran site won't work for me

hi all So here I am on the auran site just after I got on to forums and
so I went to the download station
to download some flat deck wagons
I found what I was looking for and I thought I had downloaded them
can someone PLEASE tell me what I am doing wrong

Are they open fo edit? Or maybe missing dependencies.

Why have you started a new thread on exactly the same issue? This only causes confusion.

What exactly did you do when you "thought I had downloaded them"?
