Download Station 'Cart' problem...

Hello all, and good day. I am experiencing a problem with DS. I'm not sure where the problem lies so I am addressing it here first.

First; I have a first class ticket with DS. 1.5M connection and downloading other content works grand. However, I do a search for "tree" with only 2009 and 2009/2010 circles checked and the results are approximately 3 pages of tree content. So far so good.

Second; I can click the 'download page' link for each of these items, which in turn brings up the new window and I can save each item via FTP. However, for the smaller content, I would rather use the cart and get it in one full sweep. So, I click on the 'view pack' option which brings up a new window with a link to again, add it to the cart, and I do.

Now the problem; whenever the cart displays this content, instead of 'download page' being there, 'content is invalid' is there instead.

Any ideas why the download cart will not allow or somehow recognize the tree packs?

Yes, I could go to every single item and do it the long way, but isn't that what the cart is supposed to help with?

Just tested this. I'm getting the same thing (invalid content). I know Auran is working on moving assets to a new server this week. Maybe that is the problem.

If you're using 2009 or 2010 then use CM to access the DLS. Select all the trees you want and drag to the Download Helper window to get them all. A lot easier than going to the DLS.

But, some such as I, no matter the version, simply cannot/do not have the patience to wait on Content Manager navigate through and communicate via the dial-up connection we have at home. Don't get me wrong, in a perfect world, Content Manager would be an excellent tool. But, not in the case of internet connection speed and thus, I (we) utilize the superfast connection at work.
 
Hi All,

There is a serious fault with 1st class ticket and downloading. I got 1 month worth - can't wait for it to expire.

HTML download links are broken and content manager seems to get a lot of corrupt files.

Can you explain exactly what is going wrong, as most FCT ticket holders (including me) are not encountering any issues.
