Download Station Blue Screen and Sound Glitch

Whenever I download something from the DL Station, after a while a blue screen appears and the computer restarts. Why?

AND

Whenever I play Trainz12 the sound has a glitch in it. Why?

Any advice would be appreciated!

video card.... what kind how much ram on the video card,, really trainzwas not made to run on a lap top
