Sir I have just paid 12.99 for three month first class ticket I am getting speeds of 5.8kbs to 6.2kbs the same as I was before I brought the ticket for a 100mb download yet your Add states faster downloads And yes I have active the ticket so were is the faster speed please.

Close the game,
Wait 2 minutes,
Start game and re-enter user details
