Download speed

Hello all of you,
I have recently changed from dial-up to broadband internet (thank goodness). The download speed now is about the same as it was for dial-up..Is this normal or can I speed it up some? (I don't have any first class tickets at the moment).

Unfortunately, the only way of speeding up the download speed (if you're referring to Download Station asset downloads) is to buy and activate a first class ticket.

Ánd they are cheap now .

Without a FCT, you will be at ~5kb/sec, no matter how fast your internet connection is.
