Download Problems

Hi,

I recently bought Trainz 2009.

When trying to download and install the file on to my Vista PC a message comes up says corrupt file. Did anyone else have this problem or do you know how to fix it.

If it is a digital download version, use a download manager - Auran/N3V recommend Free Download Manager, which can be got from http://www.freedownloadmanager.org.

If it's a CD/DVD version, there may be an issue with your disc(s).

Also, you must switch off your antivirus software during installation.

I have downloaded 'download manager' although still the files are corrupt...How can I contact auran to get a refund.

Are you making sure that the installer is running as admininstrator (i.e. do you have to click Continue)?

the software is not downloading

the software is not downloading to my game. it show the name but no content and now my contents from my cmp won't load to my computer.

See if you can download off the DLS using the Download Station link at the top of this page. If you can import, then the problem is likely a problem with CMP's configuration.
