Download problem

I don't know if any one else has had this problem. If I download an item from the Download Station and it is less than 3mb it will download and save to the program. If it is over 3mb it will still download but not install. eg factory building 2.6mb it installs ok; engine sound 15,2mb will download but not install. The downlload speed reads 000 the bar on the iotem is full, and Im can l;eave it for over night and in the morning it still isn't installed. Any ideas as to how to solve this problem short of reloading the program? I'd hate to reload the program as I have over 42000 items installed and the last ,time I had to, it took two weeks to get all the items back in and I was still missing about 3500 of them that did not reload.

I installed Windows 10 about 7 months ago, so I do not believe this is a problem. This problem started to happen about two weeks ago.

Here's a suggestion for you that works for me most of the time on Trainz updates and downloads...

Wait 'til the bar is most of the way over the screen and when the download appears to be stalled.
Stop or cancel the download, then click on the 'Retry' option.
It should quickly resume - and complete and install - the downloaded item.

No guarantees, but try it and see if this technique works for you.
