Download Manager Troubles

Currently usin TRS12 with Build 499922. I have a registered serial number and a First Class Ticket. For some reason today I cant seem to be able to load anything from the DLS. I can select an ASSET (any asset) to download with the DLhelper and it puts it in the helper, but then fails to download it. The Asset Line in the helper turns red. When I look at the log it states Failed to download asset' <kuid numbers>. I have ran a Network diagnostics within the program and it gives me 4 errors.

1. Download failed - error 2.
2, Test 'ftp dis' failed.
3. Download failed error 2.
4. Test 'ftp firstclass' failed.

If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate them as I certainly have no clue how to get this thing to work.

I am having the same trouble since yesterday. I had the same results when I ran Network Diagnostics.

The download station is down right now. However this should be a forum post, not in the blogs.

I agree. The servers are back up now though.
