Download link unavailable!!!Despite repeated attempts, sufficient to get advised that I have reached the maximum number of download attempts, I can not start any downloads. I am correctly logged in, I can see my order history but I do not have access.I assume that if the server is full I would get a corresponding message so it seems that it is not a server problem.Peter

Seams to be a general problem.

The error message says "Download Link unavailable." and if I try the manual FTP instructions provided the last directory in the path is missing.

I have reported this to the admin. However, we may not be able to get it fixed till tomorrow morning. We will let you know if we have any news on this.

I have noticed this problem also with ts2009 files. I have just logged on the dls, selected something to download via the ftp link (which takes an age to load) and then I get download unavailable :(.
 
Hello,

For a moment I try to download TRS 2010 as I buy download version. Unable to conecter, either HTTP or FTP, can you do something? thank you.
 
General problem

It is a general problem. I have tried the ftp option on 2004 assets, DownloaderPro and then 2006 CMP.
None work, they just sit idle, no message of any sort, just nil connection.

Hi all
I have tested the DLS from my end, and can confirm that the First Class server (and likely the regular server as well) for the download station aren't functioning. I have reported it to the admin. However, as it is 9pm in Brisbane, he may not receive the report till tomorrow morning.

Until then, we ask that you be patient whilst we attempt to sort this issue. We will attempt to have all services back to normal as soon as possible.

I ask AUran that all the customer who have preordered will receive a FCT for another 7 days. My FCT expires tomorrow and when the download file were available i had a speed of 80 kb/s so that the download of all files is a matter of 10 hours.
 
Started d/loading files at 8am and have just started d/l of 4th file. Have had
"Download link unavailable" message a few times but put this down to overcrowded server, John.
 
Thanks a lot guys for looking into this and helping us out even if it's Late for you now over in Australia. I understand that the servers are quite overloaded at this time and that's quite understandable.

I'm biting my tongue a bit here and tempted to ask why wasn't this demand anticipated.

Will keep trying but the server seem totally overloaded.

Well I have to say, this doesn't look good. I went to bed last night disappointed that I was unable to complete a transaction but it appears this morning that I may have simply saved myself a bunch of headaches.

The answer that "there isn't much we can do about it until the morning" seems to mean that they can't investigate increasing their bandwidth with their ISP until the morning. (Time is presently 12:40am in Brisbane.) My suggestion, made in its own thread as well, is to release it as a torrent, but I'm not holding my breath. This sort of newfangled P2P technology is terrifying to most software dev's, so.

Anyway... I'm hanging back a bit now to see what happens next, since I'm going to have to wait 8 hours or so anyway, before anyone is up and about, able to make decisions in Brisbane. But this just doesn't look good at all.

Additionally... it seems that there is some possibility that if you don't pay an extra ten bucks for 3 months FCT, you are stuck downloading your 6 gigs of game at 80k? I have a 15 megabit connection, and if I'm lucky enough to get a connection to your server, even then I can only get an 80k download of the game I just bought for fifty bucks unless I pay extra??

Seems their have given me a 7 day first class ticket FOC, not much good when I can't even start a download :(

Just a thought on my part.....

If, and this is a big IF, Auran servers are located in the USA, today is "Cyber Monday" here in the US.

"Cyber Monday" is a huge Internet usage day for on-line ordering for Christmas.

I do not know if this may be the cause of the slow connections.

Again, this is an IF, as I am not sure where Auran servers are located.
