Download Limit

Whats going on with the server. I have a firstclass ticket but It won't let me download. It says that I have reached my 100mb quota?????:confused:
 
Hm, where does it say this? I wonder if thats what it doing to me. I also have a FCT, but I understood that paying for the ticket meant no restrictions...
 
My guess is you recently got the FCT.

Question: Did you only buy it or did you also activate it? If not: Go activate it first.
Question 2: If you have activated it, did you already completely close your Content Manager? If not: Clean your download list completely, close everything Trainz related, take a deep breath, and restart it. This usually does the trick.
 
Might not be that - I've got a 3 month FCT with 2 months left on it and I've just been blocked with the red banner saying I've reached my limit. I was downloading OK until about 20 minutes ago. Must be at their end?

Perfectly possible.

They have had a problem with the DLS the last few days. You probably noticed now new content available for a few days and now all of a sudden there is 3 days content. Also the thumbnails of the last few days of content were not or hardly showing which has also now been fixed. But now ofc everyone is downloading like mad to the server has a lot more to handle then normally.

I say give it 24 hours and if it aint fixed then send in a mad ticket to the helpdesk.
 
There have been problems off and on as OKnosten says. I noticed this last night while in Trainz as I was using Surveyor and Driver, the the trainzdaemon kept trying to reconnect to the servers all night even though the machine is on the network. By having a command prompt open for monitoring, I could see what was going on. This really helps in situations like this.

Is Trainz having server problems? Cause i can't seem to connect to anything hardly. Especially the download station..

Please next time take a minute to actually read or scan for topics with your problem, then you would for example found this piece of text I wrote 2 posts before your reply:
