Have just to reinstalled TRS 2004 and all things working ok that is till I try to download from DLS have bought a FCT for 365 days I select the item I would like clip on the download helper all I get is Unable to register trainz help registry key.have tried going to bin/trainzhelper double click to open to re set path but get the same when I double click I notice in in where you can edit your password ther is a 8 ditits which I change to the correct on but it dont change to the new one wonder if this is the problem would like some info from any one Thanks Ricketts

If you are running Windows Vista or later, right-click that TrainzHelper.exe file and use run as administrator.

One guy was having problems with the DLH ... I helped him sort it out with a UN & PW reset ... It was a simple fix ... why not try contacting me via free Skype

Well did try it but still can't get on thinks it's something to do with my password can't seem to change it in planet Auran so am a loss now

You should be able to via Planet Auran > Edit Account.

Well think the problem is with my password have updated it in planet auran and it confirms it's updated but when I go back to planet auran it's still shows the old password it edit it again but still shows the old password until I can change that the download helper will not work...any idea now lol Paul

Planet Auran will only show you the password as asterisks. This is a security measure.

Yep did that and confirms passport up dated but when I go back to edit still shows the old passport..Paul
