download help

Hey,
For some reason, I cannot download anything from the download station. I registered my copy of Trainz and I have my ID and everything, but when I download ex: German Flag, then it says it's downloading, retrying download, and then it just retries, and it does this forever....

Anyone know what i still need to do or what i'm doing wrong?
