I've just gone to broadband and the dls doesn't seem to work anymore.Is there something I have to do?

Try re-entering your user name and password manually at the DLS

Nope! It keeps retrying.I tried the manual enter again by logging out and back in.Seems to accept that I'm here,Just doesn't know what to do with me.Another prob with this program.

Do you have a First Class Ticket?

No fcp I haven't required it on the old line. Don't see why I need it now. Especially after reading other views about it

As a first class ticket enables you to download at speeds upwards of 190 kb/sec, it's definitely worth the meager amount you pay. Without it, you're still limited to 4 kb/sec. I've had 3 and never had a problem.

Okay.Ive gone ahead and bought a ticket.Seems better so far.Lost a bit of beer money tho Hmmm.
