Download complications

Can I check whether that setup-1a.bin file actually had a capital S at the start or is that just for formatting?

It may be worth moving the files to a folder on the desktop just in case it's a folder problem, and if you are using Windows Vista or later, try right-clicking the setup file and using Run As Administrator.

Also, if any part of the filenames are in brackets, remove the brackets as well as anything inside them, along with any spaces.

I dont know if this helps but the error message says "the file 'setup (2)-1a.bin could not be located

The "(2)" in the above name should not be there.

If you have not already, DO NOT delete ALL the files...you only seem to have a problem with one or two, and only they need to be replaced at thius time.

On the Desktop, create a new folder, name it anything you like, such as TS12DL.
-Re-download the "setup.exe" file, and the "setup-1a.bin" file to this new folder.
-Copy the other good files; "setup-1b.bin", "setup-2a.bin", "setup-2b.bin" and "setup-3a.bin" to this new folder.
-Select each file in turn, starting with the .exe file:
--Right-click on the file, select "Properties", left-click the "Compatability" tab, at the bottom check the box for "Run as Administrator".
--next, select the "Security" tab, in the middle of the window, left-click "Edit".
----In the next pop-out window, select each name listed, in turn, then in the bottom section, check the first box in the left column "Full control"-"Allow"
----Repeat...when all "users" have "full control", click "save", click "OK".
--back in "Properties" window, click "save", click "OK"

Repeat for remaining .bin files...note, some options may not be available ( .bin file properties have no "compatability" Tab), skip that step, just do "Security".

When all Compatability and Security settings have been set, and all windows closed:
-Right-click on the setup.exe again, left-click "Run as Administrator".

When the setup begins, enter the relavent information as requested, and when prompted "where" to install DO NOT select one of the "Program Files" folders:
-Instead, install directly on to the C:\ drive, such as "C:\N3V\TS12".

Continue as normal from there.

Good Luck.
