down load problems

I'am brand new to trains and would like some information on why after a couple months of down loads I keep getting a message stating unable to down load the server appears to be full. and can't down load any more.
problem#2 I have no idea how to edit assets if some body could give me step by step instructions I would appreciate it . #3 On the trainz launch page the utility called website does nothing? but despite these problems I'am having alot of fun. And I hope every one else is too.Keep on Training!

ps. I had to laugh when I logged on to the forum and found that the last time I logged on was in Jan, 1970 hopefully it won't be another 38 years before I log on again!

#1 The server may be too busy or try this, click on Profile tab at top of forum page, click edit password and re-enter your password and save. It may help.

There are lots of different types of errors so if all else fails, post a description of the error and the relevant kuid number here and help will come.

#3 The Website selector doesn't work. If you want Auran websites try these:
