double red switch

Having a problem with a double-red switch.
Deleted and re-applied the track at the junction to no effect.
It is a yellow spline joint, vertex height adjusted I believe, is this a clue?

Hi Rog,

What you are seeing is correct if you've adjusted the track height or leveled out the spline point with the adjustment tool.

Try moving the lever a bit closer to the junction, or it maybe sitting on a spline joint that's not connected to a junction. I've had levers, speed signs, and other trackside objects move around if I've added in a spline point.

I suspect it is the latter, I'll try putting in a short piece of track to move the junction away from it.
I was initially trying to work out how an approaching train managed to switch the junction ahead of me whilst I was on a single track causing a blockage. Thought I would alter the triple junction behind me.

Ok, double red sorted but the junction did not need altering it as was not part of the problem.

Entering a single track on green then finding the junction in front has been locked against me by an oncoming AI is the problem.
If I send the train through under AI control all is ok.
After much research it appears there is no answer to this.

You could try using the Path Rule / Path Command (plus Path Library) to set the path and give you a clear run through the single track section - see: http://www.mutton.de/trainz/pathrule/

The required files can be found on the DLS.
